Double room in bright and airy Newington flat

Double room available in my two bedroom flat in Newington. The flat is conveniently close to the University, Arthur's Seat, the Meadows and the Royal Mile and is has a good pick of restaurants, cafes, and pubs. It has a large living room, storage in the hallway cupboard as well as the bedroom and you will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with me too.

I have only just moved in so there will be a few more things in it by September. You are welcome to put pictures on the wall and add your own touches.

I am a 30 year old professional working for a research institute. In my spare time I'll be running, cycling, or spending time in the Highlands.

I'm looking for someone who is up fo a chat in the evening, clean, tidy, and who will treat the flat like a proper home.
