Double Room in Large 2 bedroom flat

Hello! I’m moving out and need someone to take over the lease for my double room in leith. Move in date can be flexible to the end of August.

The flat is quite large for two people - there is a living room, separate kitchen with dining space, shower room and even a box room which can be used for storage for a bike or extra clothes. There is also a large cupboard in the hallway that you can hang your jackets in.

The room itself is cosy and comes with all furniture in the photo. The divan bed also has storage underneath.

I’m gutted to be moving out of this flat as it’s well priced and very well connected. The landlord is very quick to respond to any requests and has only put the rent up once in the four years I’ve lived here.

You will be living with Kai who I have known for 8 years - Kai studied painting at university and now is a working at height specialist as his day job. We enjoy cooking together, catching the occasional movie and enjoying a pint at one of the many pubs around Leith.

Kai would appreciate someone who is fairly social but also respectful of each others space. If you’re into cycling or running that would be a plus too!
