The rent is £725, the bils are extra £100 (flat rate, all year round including all bills and council tax), no further cost.

The room costists of a double bed, a wardrobe, bookshelf, desk and bedside table. There are extra storage units throughout the flat.
Bills are not included therefore a flat/fixed rate of extra £100 will be charged monthly (including energy, council tax and super fast 900 Mb broadband) and will not increase in winter months, given reasonable consumption. The extra £100 is a fixed charge, regardless if you are student or professional, as council tax is paid for the property anyway.

Kingsknowe train station few minutes away, along with many buses, including some (like bus 30) providing access to the city centre within 20 minutes.

Following buses available within few minute walk: 3, 18, 20, 25, 30, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38, 44, X27, X28.

Very quite and friendly neighbouhood, with lots of green areas, such as nearby Hailes Qyarry Park and Union Canal.

You will be sharing with a couple (professionals) in their twenties. They are temporarily looking after a cat, the terms and leght of cat staying in the flat needs to be discussed with the existing tenants directly.

Couples may be considered if accepted by existing tenants. Price for couples would require an extra supplement of £150.
