Hello there

I am a very friendly down to earth female looking to rent out a room in flat for a minimum 3 months to 6 months initially.

I am a sociable person and up for a glass wine and a chat but also like my own space to chill too and very respectful of other people privacy and space too. I am quite a quiet person and just work focused during week so normally in bed about 9/10pm.

I am looking for a professional female to share with who's easy going and cleans up behind themselves. Room probably suit someone who does a 9-5 job or similar.

I do have 2 beautiful cats so person would really need to LOVE cats (they are very friendly).

If walking to city centre its about 15 -20 mins and to get a bus, its about a 10 min walk to London road or Easter Road.

I am located 5 mins from lochend Park, Sainsbury's and the Hibs stadium. The park is an added bonus for early morning walks or weekends.

RENT £700 per month (ALL BILLS INCLUDED). First month rent is upfront to be paid on the day the person moves in.
Longer term can be discussed if needed.

I'd like someone in really soon. Ideal move in date would be the weekend (16 or 17th. Aug)
