The flat is very spacious for 2 people and comfortable to live in. The flat is just off Easter Road, so is a stone's throw away from the city with views of Arthur's seat.
Flat is rented through a letting agency, you'll need to have standard references etc. Our landlords are lovely people! Very responsive and great at getting things fixed. The existing relationship with them is great :)
The room comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. It's very cosy!
Street parking is available, first come first served (no current parking permits with the flat).
Lidl 5 mins away. Lots of local cafes, bars and charities shops on Easter Road. Also, Meadowbank is not too far away either.
Bills per month
Council Tax - Band C (£160 split between us/£80 each per month).
Gas/Electric - £35 to £70 per person (Varies in the winter on usage).
Wifi - TBC - A new contract will need to be taken out as my flatmate who's leaving has the contract for that and it will end when they go
Sharing with a 26 year old professional, looking for someone clean and considerate to live with. I would love to find someone that sees the flat as a relaxing space and as a home. We would share any bills 50/50 and respect each other's space. Ideally, I would like a flatmate that's easy going and would actually become a friend :)
