Cosy room for rent in two bed flat Prestonfield

Hi, I'm looking for someone to take the spare room, as former flatmate is moving out.

Small but cosy property with great bus links and a privet garden.

Flat is a privet let, we have a great relationship with our landlords.

Bills per month
Council Tax - (£140 split between us/£70 each per month).
Gas/Electric/Wifi - Roughly £156 (Varies in the winter on usage. A new wifi contract will need to be taken out as my flatmate who's leaving has the contract for that and it will end when they go

Sharing with a 33 year old professional, looking for someone clean and considerate to live with. I would love to find someone that sees the flat as a relaxing space and as a home. We would share any bills 50/50 and respect each other's space. Ideally, I would like a flatmate that's easy going and would actually become a friend.
