Location: Great spot in Tolcross. Super convenient for grocery shops, restaurants, and pubs. ECA and GS are within walking distance.
Current Flatmate: Friendly male PhD student.
Who It Suits Best: It would be better for student for council tax exemption. If you are not a student, you would be responsible for paying the council tax bill yourself.
Requirements: A UK-based guarantor is needed for student. If you don't have one, you must pay 6 months' rent upfront.
Rent: 850 per month. Available from late August.
Bills: Utilities (gas/electric): Around £50/month in summer, £100/month in winter (approx £75/month average).
WiFi: £17/month.
