Hiya, My flat mate and bestfriend is sadly leaving our flat/home at the end of the month and would love to find someone to move in when she leaves. Our flat is a ground floor flat in a great neighbourhood just across from Hollyrood park. The flat feels like a house and very much like a home during our time here. I currently work in healthcare working shifts and enjoy running, cycling, camping, pub quizzes and having wholesome times in the flat too. Ideal candidate would also be a professional (due to council tax) with similar interests. We live amongst families and lovely neighbours in a quiet stairwell. Rent is £600 no inc. council tax. Which is £180 split evenly with gas/wifi and electricity in and around £70 per month or so. Looking forward to hearing from you. Would ideally like someone for long term letting as the flat is in a great location and would hope to keep it.
