Lovely flat in Leith

I'm looking for a flat mate to join me in a lovely Leith flat. The flat is very spacious, with a living room, dining area and kitchen. The room for rent is a double room with good cupboard space and a bathroom. There is central gas heating, and all the rooms have big windows that allows natural light and have a good view. The flat has two bedrooms, and will be shared with myself. I consider myself a friendly, easy going professional female. I'm looking for a professional person, but will consider post-grad/Master students as well.

The flat is in a quiet area and there are lots of stores (including a large Tesco and Lidl), coffee shops, pubs, Leith links and amenities nearby. Regular bus & tram services day & night mean the city center is just 15 minutes away. The Shore area and Ocean Terminal are within easy walking distance

The rent is £900 (including council tax & high-speed broadband). Gas/Elec is shared between 2 people at a cost of +/- £80/person per month. The room is available September 1st.
