Spacious Double Room For Student Or Professional

I have a beautiful home located in Stockbridge, Edinburgh, and have a spare room available, where I have previously had students and professionals stay both long and short term.

The room is located on the first floor of a three-storey maisonette.
It has its own toilet located in the utility room next to the bedroom, where there also a fridge for the tenant to store their own food.

The tenant will have access to the lounge, shower/bath and kitchen located on the second floor.

I am 90 years young and a retired journalist and publisher, and would be happy to support any students or professionals who take an interest in these subjects during their time with me.

In exchange for this, and the addition of a very low rent price, I am looking for someone who can help me with small tasks around the house, light admin and general company.

Cleaning is not required in the tasks but it would be asked that the tenant tidies up after themselves, e. g. after use of the kitchen.
