Leith Walk Room

Room available in flat halfway down leith walk. Rent is currently £550pm (although have now found out the landlord will increase to £600 on the new tenancy change)
Bills usually come to £120-£150pm each.

Flats a good size but the kitchen is tiny.
Room itself is a decent size, plenty of room for a desk etc if wfh.

Convenient location, close to tram etc.

As a flatmate I'm clean and tidy but not a freak about it, would prefer someone who's much the same. I'm a professional and enjoy going the pub and socialising pretty regular.

Also I would note the room is by the front door so you will likely hear the door and hear when people are in the main stairwell etc so if you're a light sleeper you may find it difficult.
