I’m looking for a tidy, friendly flatmate for my ground floor flat in Dalry. The room is a cosy small double, fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and built-in shelving above the bed. It also has newly fitted windows that keep it warm and quiet. :)

The flat has a spacious shared living room, a clean bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large hallway cupboard for extra storage. There is also a communal back garden and front patio.🍀

• 15-minute walk to Princes Street
• 5 minutes from Fountain Park (cinema, gym, restaurants)
• Bus stops right outside (3, 4, 25, 33, 44) with others nearby
• Co-op just 2 minutes away and Lidl within 5 minutes

• Available to: 3rd year+ students or working professionals only (per landlord’s request) and will require references
