We are looking for a flatmate to fill a spare room in our flat on Dalkeith Road.
It is a double room situated at the back of the flat (away from the road), it is spacious and has a closet for extra storage. There is also a large window overlooking the shared garden at the back of the building.
The flat consists of a kitchen, shared living room and bathroom.
You would be sharing with myself and another female, both aged 25.
We are both PhD students so we would prefer a student for council tax reasons, however we are open to working professionals if they are happy to cover council tax.
We enjoy chatting, cooking and chilling together in the flat.
Approx. 15 minute walk to the meadows and 15/20 min walk to Kings buildings.
