The flat has 1 bathroom, a large living room, 2 extra storage cupboards in the hall and a kitchen
with a washing machine. The flat has access to the communal garden.

The flat has central gas heating, double glazed windows.

The bills & council tax are approximately £150+/month/person

We are both easy-going young professionals.
