1 room in 2 bed apartment in Meadowbank.

Hello!

My current flatmate is moving over to Glasgow so looking to fill the room from the 1st of September. It's a furnished double room at the back of the flat so very quiet.

Bills tend to be around £150/month on top of the £550 for rent.

Shared large kitchen and living room. Bathroom is separate from toilet.

Plenty of public transport from directly outside the flat to pretty much everywhere.

Ideally looking for someone who wants to stay long term :)

I'm a tour guide and tend to be up in the highlands a few days each week so I'm away a fair bit but when I'm home i enjoy peace and quiet. The building is all families as well so pretty chilled out.

I will talk your ear off about paper and printing photos and will happily take part in any board games brought along.
