One double bedroom available in a 2 bed flat situated in Abbeyhill.

I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me from September 8, 2025 (it could be a little earlier if required).

The flat is located on London Road, in the Abbeyhill area, a 15-minute walk to city center and a 10-minute walk to Leith Walk. It has excellent bus connections to the rest of the city, with stops just 2 minutes away.

The flat has two bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, and a bathroom. Yours would be the master bedroom, the largest in the flat, and is fully furnished. It has a large built-in wardrobe, with plenty of storage space. This room is available for single occupancy only.

About me:
I'm 29 years old and I WFH in customer service 9-5, but don't worry I don't work with calls other than a occasional team meeting. I'm a pretty chill person. I love music, nature and traveling. I enjoy sharing a meal or a good conversation over a coffee, and I also understand and respect each person's space.

About you:
I'm looking for a working professional to occupy the room, preferably of similar age. Room is open to anyone (male or female, LGBTQ+ friendly).
It's a quiet place, not a party flat. But I like to socialize and invite friends over for a coffee or for an occasional dinner.
