I am looking for a replacement for my roommate as he is moving somewhere near his workplace. We stay in a lovely 2 bed-room apartment in Lochend gardens (near Meadow Bank EH7 6DG). There is 1 washroom which is shared between 2 people.
The house is well lit with natural light and receives ample sun light (when sun decides to show up) throughout the day. It is walking distance from Tesco, Lidl, CO-OP, Scot-mid, and Sainsbury’s.
The monthly rent is £600 (Excluding council tax and energy bill), Deposit is £700 and the council tax band is B. The place is available from Sept 2025 onwards.
Buses : 49, 34,25,19,13,21

I'm a working professional. Enjoy exploring the city, especially on sunny days and want to explore Scotland more so would be very happy to go around.
Looking for a someone who prefers a clean house, occasional socialising, and a peaceful home(no loud music/DJ). Working professional is mandatory. I am looking for someone with a long term stay.
