The flat is in East Norton Place EH75DR (at the top of easter road), 5 minutes walking from meadow bank shopping center, 15 minutes walking from the city center. Many shops nearby and good bus connections. The flat has 4 huge bedrooms a little box room (for storage and laundry) a large kitchen and two bathrooms, there is a big communal garden as well. You will be sharing the flat with three professionals workers in their thirties, friendly, sociable, and respectful. The price of the rent for each room will be £437.5 plus bills, internet, and council tax. The perfect flatmate is clean, respectful, and sociable and sorry, no pets, no smoking, and no couples.
