A 5-minute walk takes you to a supermarket, cosy pub, post office, and bus stop. Buses to the centre run every 5–10 minutes and take around 25 minutes.

Heriot Watt university is a 9 minute drive away. Edinburgh Napier is a 7 minute drive from the property.

You must be a cat lover as you will be sharing the property with myself and 'Twix' 😻.

I am looking for a housemate who is clean and tidy. Showing mutual respect to one another by keeping noise at a minimum after 11pm and giving each other a heads up if a friend visits. 1month trial period to make sure we're a good fit.
