This is a 3-bed 1.5-bath flat. There's a fully stocked kitchen and a large living room/ dining room with a TV. The flat is on the second floor and is quite bright and very warm.
It is within walking distance (5 - 10 min) to shops (Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury's), the meadows, Arthur's Seat, George Square (UofE) and the UofE gym.
There's an option to get an on-street parking permit from Edinburgh Council.
The rent is £800 plus bills (~£100 p/m).
The move-in date is Oct 1st, but I'm quite flexible from mid Sept.
👯 Housemate Description 👯
You would be sharing with two other females in their mid 20s. They are English and Irish, one is working (partially remote) and the other is starting a PhD with UofE.
They are socialable, sporty and quite outdoorsy, but also like a night in watching TV and can leave you up to your own thing.

Ideally, we are looking for a female working professional/ mature student (25 - 28ish), who will integrate well into the household in terms of personality, cleanliness, and can commit to staying for the foreseeable future.
