Studio available at Haddington Place

Hi! I booked this studio at Haddington Place but due to some reason I would not be able to take it and I wish to find a replacement (another student interested to rent the studio). It is available from 6 September 2025 to 18 July 2026 (45 weeks). It is a lower ground studio which offers 20m² to 21m² of space that includes a small double bed with under-bed storage, a dedicated study area with a desk, chair, and shelves, and a wardrobe with a mirror for added convenience. The private en-suite bathroom ensures complete privacy and the kitchen area, equipped with a 2-ring ceramic hob, combination microwave/oven, and combined fridge/freezer, makes meal preparation easy. With wireless internet access and all bills included, you can enjoy a stress-free student lifestyle.
The student accommodation is located just 10 mins from the city center. Also, University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh Napier university and Heriot Watt University are also easily accessible by public transport as bus stops are nearby.
The accommodation is equipped with an on-site gym, cinema hall, communal lounge and study rooms. The security is not compromised as there is 24-hour CCTV monitoring and secure bike storage.
