We are looking for another flatmate to join our cozy 3 bed flat in Leith. Move in date will be from 15th May.
Rent - 593.66
Deposit - £350
Bills - Around £123 (overpaying gas and electric for winter)
Close to the ocean terminal (which includes tram stop, a gym and a cinema), and connections with bus’s 7,14,16,21,10,35,36.
There’s also a bunch of restaurants and shops around the area such as a small and big Tesco, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, and a Lidl.
You’ll be living with:
Dimitris:
A Greek gay 29 year old man currently studying Business at the University of Edinburgh. Likes socialising with flatmates, making food together and watching (horror!!) films.
Kyle:
A Scottish 27 year old gay man who works in IT. I like to look after my plants, watch films and have flat dinners.
We are looking for someone who is chill, respectful and tidy. As well as someone who can socialise and hangout with us around the flat.
We are also looking for someone to move in from middle of May. The rent will be split with the current flatmate who’s leaving.
