Room to Rent by the National Museum

Hi,

I am leaving my flat to move to other city and so my flatmates are looking for a friendly, conscientious person to live with them in one room of a 3 bed flat in town.

They are two mature professionals, and are tidy, responsible, respectful and open-minded, and so we are looking for someone similar, who would be looking to stay short term for a few months.

I will be moving out on the 6th of September, so my double room will be available to occupy from the 7th of September.

The flat is ideally located by Bristo Square in the centre of town, with lots of shops and buses all around.

We do not have a living room unfortunately, but our kitchen is quite large, and we have a dining table to sit at. We enjoy socialising in the kitchen but we also appreciate our own space too.

Bills come to around £130 at the most usually a month, which includes council tax (band C).

Requirements from the landlors:

3 months latest uk bank statements

3 months latest payslips

Identity documents

We need a UK home owner as guarantor and they must send in their payslips and bank statements too. If no guarantor can be provided a higher deposit would be required.

We always check employer reference and previous landlord reference. If the person satisfied all of the above however had never rented before then we would be willing to accept this as long as everything else was correct.
