Lovely Room in a Chilled Flat

Hello!

We're looking for a new flatmate in our chilled out flat.

The flat has an open-plan living room/kitchen and a plot in the back garden with a clothesline. It's in a great location - about a 30-minute walk to the city centre, close to Arthur's Seat, the Meadows, and Cameron Toll, with plenty of bus routes from the main roads on either side of the street for easy access to the rest of the city.

Bills are working out to be around £110 a month each at the moment (Council Tax Band D).

We're a very chilled out flat that tries to keep the balance of friendly and respectful of each others space.

Looking for a likeminded flatmate that are friendly and can support the effort of keeping the plants alive. Professionals preferred please
