There is a shared livingroom/dining area and kitchen within the flat. You will have sole access to the main bathroom as I have an en-suite.
The flat is right next to the Port of Leith tram stop so is easy access into town.
The rent and bills together is roughly £837 per month however may be slightly higher in winter months.
I'm clean, tidy and easy going and easy to live with.
