Spacious Room In Edinburgh Centre

Hi there I’m Adam, starting Uni in September, my flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for a new flatmate, preferably someone with shared interests and easy going. There is a smaller room (much smaller) for £75 less a month but I would prefer to keep it for myself. Rent is paid 1st of every month, and bills are scattered throughout the month, council tax band C. Location is great, on Dalry Road, can pretty much get to anywhere you need with Haymarket Station a 5 minute walk away, trams and buses run through also. Guarantor needed
