Double Room Available from 1st of April

Hello! My current live-in-landlord is moving out at the end of March and his furnished double room will become available!

About the room: Large furnished double bedroom with a work desk and a spacious wardrobe. There are built-in under-bed drawers that provide additional storage space, as well as extra cupboard storage. The room will also include a brand new mattress. Rent is £760 per month, excluding bills (to be split equally). Deposit is £700.

About the flat: Recently furnished, with new flooring (previously carpeted), a large living room, and a newly remodelled mid-sized kitchen featuring an integrated dishwasher. The kitchen also includes a dining table suitable for up to four people. The bathroom is compact, and there are two additional storage cupboards located in the hallway. The flat is ideally located between Polwarth and Fountainpark, a great central area with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. The street is also very well connected, with multiple bus stops within easy reach.

About me: I’m a freelancer and work in TV Production. Due to the nature of my job, I’m either away for weeks at a time or hybrid working. When at home, I love to cook and movie nights. I’m also really tidy and tend to keep common areas as clean and organised as possible.

I’m looking for someone who is a professional, female, and who I can get along with! It would be great if the new flatmate had a hybrid work setting as well (non fully remote). I’m easy going, chatty and I’d love to find someone with whom I can build a good friendship . I’m also respectful of other people’s spaces if they want to wind down in the evening. The ideal move-in-date will be 1st of April, but can be flexible.
