Hi! I’m a 20yr old student going into 3rd year of uni… looking for someone to move in with me for at least this academic year as my current flatmate is moving out.
Double room in a 2 bed flat, spacious and fully-furnished. Includes a large living room with tv, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with shower (no bath), and multiple large storage cupboards. Really excellent location - right next to Edinburgh uni and close to the meadows, cowgate etc.
Ideally my flatmate would be someone who is polite, tidy, not too noisy, but friendly and fun as well :)
Only excepting female flatmates and students for council tax reasons.
