I’m looking for a replacement tenant to join a 2-bedroom flat just 30 seconds from the Meadows and Summerhall. Also very close to George Square.

* Spacious living room with a large bay window and a (non-working but beautiful) fireplace
* Lots of storage space
* Comes unfurnished (I’ll be taking my bedroom furniture with me)

✨ The room:
* Good-sized double room
* Will be repainted back to the original white before you move in

✨ Costs:
* Council tax: £96 per person (students are exempt)
* Bills: around £35 per month

✨ Who you’ll be living with:
You’ll be sharing with a male flatmate in his mid-20s who’s quiet, easy-going, and keeps to himself. We’re ideally looking for another male in his 20s/30s.
