Double Room in Newhaven

Hello, I'm looking for someone to move into a room in my bright and spacious 2nd floor Newhaven flat with stunning sea views. 

The bedroom is £800 / month including all bills, and is fully furnished with a double bed, side tables, chest of drawers and a cupboard. It also has nice views onto green space out the back of the building.

There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and spacious living room that looks out over the sea, as well as access to a communal back garden.

The flat is located in a peaceful neighbourhood in the Trinity / Newhaven area with good local cafes, pubs and restaurants, and only a short walk from Starbank Park, Newhaven Harbour and Wardie Bay.

It is well connected with easy access to the city centre via tram, bus or the nearby cycle path. There is also plenty of nearby free on-street parking if you have a car.

The flat would be shared with myself. I am an easy going 31 year old designer who lives a relatively laidback lifestyle!

I enjoy relaxing nights in at home during the week when not out playing tennis, 5-a-side or tag rugby, and am often out and about on the weekend.

Looking for a friendly and easy going postgraduate student or young professional to enjoy a relaxed, tidy home (not a party flat)!
