I WFH and will likely be out when its sunny - or at the gym when its not.
I'm a pretty malleable person, I like my space but can be social too - I go with the vibe. I will likely offer to cook for you sometimes.
Transport links to univeristies, city centre and shops/amenities all in 5/10 min walking distance (best neighbourhood in Edinburgh imho). You can walk to Leith or Stockbridge in 15/20 mins.
Living room/kitchen has TV, well equipped with appliances, coffee machine etc.
