Hi everyone, I'm looking for a professional roommate for this cozy 2-bedroom flat. I am an organised and clean person - I like to cook food, watch films, go to restaurants, and have a glass of wine at home. I love to socialise, but also respect other people's boundaries as well since we all need some time to ourselves. I will be out of the flat 2-3 days a week as I am working in Glasgow currently, and I will be working from home for the rest of the days.
Your room contains a double bed, an office table, and ample storage space built into the walls. The house itself was built back in 1661, but renovated very recently with modern appliances (washing machine, fridge, freezer, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, TV, robot vacuum cleaner, etc). It includes a balcony for overlooking the communal garden, which gets lots of sunlight. Since there are two bathrooms in this flat, you will get your own bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet that is decently sized. The flat is very close to Haymarket station (a 5 minute walk), so if you are commuting to Glasgow (which I also am), it is an ideal place to live in.
The council tax band is E and will be split equally. Utilities are paid through direct debit (~60 pounds per person), but realistically the flat uses much less, ~30 pounds per person per month during the Summer. The remaining credit will be appropriately refunded when you move out. Broadband is very very quick (Full Fibre 500 with Vodafone), and is only £14.50 per person per month.
Although the rent does say 795, I am open to offers if we can work something out! Please contact me if you're interested, would love to hear from you :) The renting process will be performed through Clan Gordon, who is the agency for this flat. Once we have agreed on a starting date, I will contact Clan Gordon to start the tenancy process.
