Double bedroom + private bathroom to rent

Hi there,

I have a double bedroom available in a ground floor, two bedroom flat on Allanfield Place. The rent is £775, which includes all bills, utilities, and broadband, and the deposit is £775. The room is available for a short term let (6months), with the possibility of extending depending on my circumstances, and will be ready to move in on January 27th.

The flat is fully furnished, including the bedroom, so there’s no space for additional furniture. It features two bathrooms, a cosy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. You will also have your own private bathroom, as I have en-suite room.

Parking is available, but please note that on street parking requires a permit, which you will need to purchase yourself. You will also have complementary access to the gym in the building.

You will be sharing the space with me and my friendly but alert dog, who loves cuddles and playtime but will definitely let you know when someone’s at the door - just the heads up!

This is not a party flat, so I’m looking for a tidy and responsible flatmate who can help keep the place clean and - most importantly - loves dogs.
