It is in a traditional tenement so it has nice high ceilings with large windows.
All furniture provided including a sofa bed in living room if you’re having guests now and again.
There is a separate large kitchen diner which backs on to the (shared) garden.

Couples considered at an extra cost but ideally I’d like two individuals.
The flat is large enough to feel that you have plenty privacy and space.

I won’t be living nearby but i’ll available by text any time and I have friends and handymen who live close by and can help to resolve any issues that may arise.
