Room Available – Newington Flat (Move-in: 1st October)

One room is becoming available in our 4-bed flat in Newington. The flat is in a great location – just a 5-minute walk to The Meadows and right around the corner from the Commonwealth Pool. Permit holder parking is also available.

The flat is kept pretty clean, so we’re looking for someone who’s tidy and respectful of shared spaces.

I’m one of the current flatmates posting this ad on behalf of the flatmate who’s moving out.

A bit about me:
Grew up in Edinburgh, spent 5 years in Glasgow for uni & work, and moved into this flat about 3 months ago.
Work 9–5 for a luxury accommodation provider in Edinburgh & Stirling.
Enjoy going to the gym, hiking, and camping. Always up for a pint on a Friday after work.

The other 2 guys in the flat are fairly quiet and keep to themselves, so ideally I’m looking for someone a bit more sociable to balance things out.

Bills & Costs

Council tax: £50 each per month
Wi-Fi: £9.50 each per month
Utilities: £30–50 each depending on the season (e. g. £31.60 each in July)

If you’re a student/council tax exempt, you’ll still need to contribute your share of the council tax.

Move-in Date from 1st October. If you’d like to move in later, rent would still need to be paid from 1st October.
