- 15 min walk to Waverley/Princes Street /St. James Centre, 10 min to Calton Hill, and next to several bus stops (Mansfield Place, York Place, Leith Street) which has regular connections to the city.

Bills and amenities:
- Two showers and two toilets to share among 3 people.
- Shared living room & kitchen with dining table area
- Fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, washing machine all provided in the kitchen
- The letting agency is Zone Letting, you’ll need to complete the referencing process with them and transfer the deposit to secure the room.

- Bills include about £75 for wifi, gas and electricity + £85 for council tax per person per month.

You'd be living with one young professional, Hannah who works in hospitality. She is pretty chill and enjoys a mix of hanging out together and spending time on their own. She likes keeping the place clean and hygienic, and are very welcoming and friendly :)
