Rent is £660, bills Including WiFi, tax and gas/electric will come to around £150 (depending on season with heating ofc)

Really good location, close to tram stops and bus lines: 25, 49, 14, 7, and 16.
Within walking distance of many supermarkets, shops, Pilrig park, the shore and the city centre :)

Looking for someone to move in who's friendly, clean, ideally not super loud. Were a very relaxed flat and mostly keep to ourselves (probably due to the lack of a living room) so if that sounds ideal to you, please shoot a message!
Also no students for council tax reasons

Room will be available from the end of September at the earliest, but I will be moving out before then so an earlier move in is likely possible :)
