I'm a 33 year old male and looking for someone to move in who is going to both be friendly but also respects personal space.

I have only recently moved into the flat and looking for someone to share with.

The pictures are awful, but my phone is not in a good way, so I apologise for that.

The flat has recently been redecorated. I have done nothing to it, so you will be encouraged to do whatever to make yourself feel liek you're at home.

The room has a hidden wardrobe in a wall for storage space, as well as a chest of drawers.

The kitchen is a decent size, as is the bathroom.

I don't care if you smoke or not, but I don't want anyone to smoke inside the flat.
