Looking for A Flatmate to rent a 2 Bedroom Flat

Hello,
I'm Artiom (UoE student), and I'm looking for 1 flatmate to join me to rent this flat together. the flat is a 2-bedroom place at EH8 9NQ with a living room and a nice kitchen and 1 bathroom.

The rent is £750 pcm without bills per person (council tax is exempt for students). Bills are around 100/person. I will try to negotiate with the landlord to try reduce the rent by a bit. the location is perfect – close to central campus of uni of Edinburgh, so pretty convenient if you’re studying there.

A little about me:

I'm a second-year Edinburgh Finance and Business Student, looking to rent for the 2025/2026 academic year. I usually spend a lot of time studying, but when I have free time, I love socialising, going out, working out, playing video games and watching shows! I am generally very tidy, and like to keep the place clean and neat; I expect my flatmate to also be like that :)

I'm looking for another student to join me, ideally soon, so that I can get everything settled before it gets taken. if you’re in Edinburgh, we can meet up.. if not, online chat works too – happy to introduce ourselves + show details.

Some basic rules:

- No loud parties and no late gatherings not to disturb neighbours).
- Keeping the flat clean with rotation of chores
