Hi i have spare room in my flat, looking to let for 6 months, might consider extending. The rent incudes bills might increase a bit during the winter depending on heating usage/cost.
The flat is freshly renovated, new bathroom still working on furnishing the livingroom.
Close to corstorphine hill perfect for walks and sunset viewing. Tesco supermarket and lidl 15 min walk. Scotmid co-op 5 min away. There is also gym with swimming pool close by.
Buses 26, 1 , 21, 17

I am easy going professional, like to go for walks, hang out have occasional glass of wine. Will be happy to share with someone peaceful, respectful and clean, who also like to hang out from time to time.
