Hello!
We live in a bright, spacious 5-bedroom flat overlooking the Meadows in Tollcross. One of our flatmates is sadly moving out so a room will become available in late-September.
The high-ceilinged bedroom has a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. This room is at the back of the flat, overlooking a nice garden. The occupant of this room will share a bathroom with one of the other flatmates. There is a well-equipped shared kitchen, separate living room also overlooking the meadows, and 3 bathrooms.
You'll be living with 2 girls and 2 guys, all professionals. We are keen to find a new housemate who are a good fit for the flat and who are also clean and tidy.
As a flat we sometimes hang out together watching TV or a movie, but we're also all independent and enjoy spending time on our own.
The price of rent does include council tax but the bills normally come to around £40 each.
