Hiya! I will be taking over my girlfriend’s flat and am looking for a replacement before September 15th.
Rent for room: 637.50. Shared bathroom.
Must be willing to pay your share of council tax.
Bills for wifi, gas, and electric are split four ways by the flat!
The room has a double bed, multiple outlets, a giant window with lots of sunlight, a generous bookshelf, and a walk-in closet.
I am happy to negotiate selling you things like the drying rack, desk chair, etc. if you would like them.
The flat is in a family neighborhood with cute cafes nearby and a Tesco five minutes’ walk away. The 12 bus is right outside the door and takes you directly to either Edinburgh Uni campus. 10 minute walk to the Meadows!
Flatmates are students and young professionals. All friendly, funny, respectful people. We divide cleaning responsibilities on a weekly rota and hang out every once in a while. I’m genuinely sad to leave them and will continue to hang out with them once I’m gone.
