Room to rent in Slateford area

My current flatmate is moving out as he's got a new job in a different city.

The flat is located just at the entrance to Slateford, next to the big Lidl (which is amazing and has self-checkouts now), in a very quiet area with lovely neighbours. There's a communal garden and the flat is at the ground floor. The bedrooms have the garden view while the shared living/dining room is very spacious and is facing the street. On-street parking can be arranged via the council.

There's plenty of storage space both inside the room as well as multiple closets around the flat.

There's bus stops going in and out of the city (4, 44, 34, 35) just at the end of street, less than a 1 minute walk away.

Bills amount to around £180 during winter times and these include internet (200mbps), council tax, electricity and gas.

The heating is central gas and it warms up really fast with the double glazed windows. The shared bathroom has a shower over tub with on-demand hot water.

My name is Daniel, I'm 27 and when I'm not working in the city I'm usually working on personal projects in my room or out in the city doing things. I'm quite sociable and easy going, chances are we are going to get along well. I do photography, running, tennis, gym, cinema, going out and cooking.
