Big room for rent near meadows

Hi! Im currently moving and looking for someone to replace me in my flat share. The room large windows, high ceilings and storage. Furnished with a closet, desk, double bed and nightstand. The flat has a shared living room, bathroom, washing machine and dishwasher. 1 minute away from the flat is the meadows, plenty of shops, access to buses and 15 minutes walk from city centre. Current flatmates are between 23-27, male and female, both friendly and tidy. Bills range from roughly 150-200 a month (including gas, internet, elec, council tax etc)Let me know if interested and I can give more details!
