The room has a small desk, and there's a separate study available most days, too. The kitchen is great for cooking and hanging out, the open living area is super comfortable, and there's two lovely private gardens. It's a quiet area with good transport links -- a great nest away from the city centre. The coast is about a third of a mile away as the crow flies, there's only green space between our back garden and the sea.
We're live-in landlords, a married couple in our late 40s, one creative freelancer and one engineer. We take on lodgers because we like a communal feel in the house, so we're looking for a friendly chill person who wants to share a home. Having said that, we both also need loads of alone time and space, and appreciate that others do too.
A dog would be a bonus! Other pets very welcome too.
No partiers, TERFS or Tories.
All bills, wifi and cleaning service included in the rent.
£1200 pm for shorter stays or for two people.
