Sunny Room Just Off Leith Walk Available For Rent

I'm looking for another girl to fill my spot in a flat of 2 other girls.
The room available is a good size with loads of storage and gets sunlight almost all day. It's also super warm, so fantastic coming into winter.

The flat has two bathrooms, however one is an ensuite for one of the other girls so you'll be sharing the shared bathroom with just one girl. It's got a shower/bath combo and is very modern.
The kitchen is also kitted out with a proper fan oven, gas hob, large fridge freezer and I have two full cupboards for storage of my own food and pots that you would inherit.

There's a shared living room, too, with a 6 seater dining table and massive couch. This also gets sunlight all day.

The flat itself is just off Leith Walk, about half way up. There's a Tesco and Sainsbury's just round the corner and the Easter Road Lidl is a 15 min walk away (3 min cycle if you have a bike). There is both bike storage and parking available (though you'll have to speak to the landlords about exacts as I don't drive and am not 100% on this process). Despite it's proximity to such a busy area in Edinburgh, the little block of flats this flat is in is super peaceful and I've never felt unsafe no matter the time of day.

The flat is £728 per month with bills + council tax coming to ~£150 total. One of the other girls deals with the bills, though, so all you have to do is send money to the joint account and she does all the maths ;) The landlords are with Cullen Property.
