Hello!
We are looking for a 4th flatmate to move into our spacious, city centre flat!
Rent is £680 + bills. The room has a double bed, desk, 2 wardrobes, dresser and a sofa. it's a very (very) big room with high ceilings and 2 large east facing windows.
You would be living with 3 guys, all young professionals, aged 24-29, so ideally we are looking for another young professional around these ages for council tax reasons.
We are a social/outgoing but chilled group who are looking for someone with a similar vibe. Whether it's going for a pint, a pub quiz, climbing, or a quiet night in we would want someone whos up for flat plans!

The flat has a spacious living-dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom + 1 toilet, and a large hallway, on-street permit parking is also available!
Close to the city centre we are 10 minutes from Princes St, Waverley train station, the bus station, tram stop (Picardy), decent pubs and restaurants, cinema, Calton Hill, and just around the corner from st James.
