The flat has a private garden and driveway. The flat is within a 2 minute walk of a retail park, 24hr Asda and a Macdonalds! 2 minutes in the other direction will take you to slateford train station where you can get on a train to Waverley for about £3 which takes around 7-9 mins. There is also a bus every 8 minutes which takes about 20-25 minutes into city centre. No preference of tenant, can be any age, gender or occupation. The room also locks for additional privacy if required.
