Spacious room in Polwarth with lovely flatmates

✨️ Hello! I am moving out so we are looking for someone to fill my room in our lovely flat in Polwarth from 8th October! ✨️

The room is spacious and south facing (catches the sun and heat when there is any!) ☀️ Comes furnished with double bed, mattress, cupboards, dresser, table, bedside table and desk, with an Edinburgh press in the corner (lots of storage space!!). Apologies for the mess in the photos - packing has already begun! 😅

The flat is set over two floors and has 🛌 7 bedrooms, 🛁 4 bathrooms (bath, shower and bath/shower), 🚽 3 toilets, a large living room with dining table separate to the kitchen, which also has a table in it.

🌸 Polwarth is a pretty, quiet area, 7 mins walk from Bruntsfield and Dalry. 🛒 Margiottas and Nisa local are both 30 secs away. Tesco and Lidl are 7-10 mins away. 🚌 On the bus routes 10 and 27 (two bus stops are within 50 metres of the flat) - which go through Foutainbridge and the centre of town towards Leith and Stockbridge, and to the ⛰️ Pentlands in the other direction.

Very friendly flatmates, love 🧶 crafting and chatting, 🏳️‍🌈 all queer, mostly neurodivergent. 😊 Often someone around to do things with - we do stuff together quite often but scheduling all 7 of us at once isn't always possible.

Apppicants must be young professionals or masters students willing to pay council tax. Everyone is queer so applicants must be queer friendly/queer.
Rent is £650 + roughly £34 bills and £41 council tax (band F).
