Double Room in Bright, Friendly Flat

Hey! I’ve got a double room going in my flat in Gorgie (EH11). No set move-in date yet, so I’m fairly flexible, and happy to discuss further.

The room’s a good size, fully furnished, and the flat itself has an open plan living room & kitchen, and all the usual bits (WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher etc).

Photos are from when I first moved in so things look a bit different now furniture-wise, but I’m happy to chat and share more details. Better photos to follow once the space is back to it’s original state & current tenant has left.

About me: I’m 25, I work in Business Development at a Recruitment Agency. I’m a mix of outdoorsy and homebody. I love a coffee and sweet treat run ☕🍪, going for walks, and going to the gym when I can, but I also really enjoy cosy nights in.

You’ll also be sharing with Nessie, my 5-month-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel 🐶 - she’s super sweet, still in training, and very friendly, so you’d need to be comfortable around dogs. She comes to the office with me Monday-Friday, my little sidekick!

Someone tidy, sociable but independent, and dog-friendly (Nessie will definitely want to say hello!). Ideally another professional, but I’m open.
